St. Louis daytrip, couples bowling.

We drove and met up with Jesse's mom for lunch. She's adorable. She also has "This is For Real" as her ringtone, too. She's one of the sweetest people I know.
Then we went bowling with three other couples. It was so my picture of 55-year-old Midwest domesticity. We all had a blast, and I couldn't stop laughing at Jesse's attempts at bowling. Fact: I said, "You're going to fall one of these times!!" as he got up to the lane, and lo and behold he fell. Totally did it on purpose like the ham he is.

St. Louis Monday !

Jesse showed me around St. Louis on this hot, humid day. It's sprawling and full of freeways. I had Indian (not bad) and STL style pizza (nahhhh) and apparently most of my vacation will be spent eating things Jesse likes.

But I did like the fried ravioli!

Literally just got off the plane.

And my first question is about the VMAs.
