No, Erica's not in this picture, but her DESIGNS are! That's Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz, holding up some not-yet-released Clandestine Industries necklaces that my lovely roommate designed for his company. She's pretty awesome at designing stuff, and convincing me to like things associated with Wentz.
