Still in the midst of preparing my room for his arrival, but these have been on my camera a while and Emily wants to see them! I've moved most everything into the room now, but I'm still in need of shelving and a bedside table, so no pics of it right now until it's COMPLETE.

Almost felt like you were right next to me last night. Your words felt like arms stretching over the miles to keep me warm. I catalogue them for future reflection in the impending winter. Continue counting down the hours; I'm here...all yours and waiting.

Last night was mind-blowingly fun and this is the only picture that I took. Of Becca. Being the creep that she is.

Jeff turned thirty and his loft party was bangin'. Seriously. All the girls came and we met tons of cool people and danced danced danced. Possibly the funnest house party I've been to.

Also, on Friday Kells and I saw "Lars and the Real Girl" and I defy anybody to watch it and not fall in love with Ryan Gosling. I'm talking straight men, too.

This week promises fun to be topped off with him. Back! Conan! Woodies! Shows! Woostah show with my parents! Him him him.

Walls.

I was at Bed, Bath & Beyond tonight and who was in the checkout line in front of me? Carrabba. From Dashboard. Yeah.

I was so awkward and wanted to say hi because I had a million things I could say (remember when we went shopping and grabbed lunch together? Remember when I was quoted in the Boston Globe on a story about you? Remember when you emailed my boyfriend? I'm going to your shows this week. I love your album. I made my boyfriend listen to your album in its entirety. You like the new Motion City album, according to your blog. ETC.)

But!

He was busy carrying bags with his girlfriend and I was paying and ps btw I'm awkward as fuck.

And I passed them on the street again, and I totally heard him say Motion City because I was wearing an MCS hoodie, but again, I did not stop.

Perhaps tomorrow night (or Tuesday night!) I'll see him at the show and strike up a convo. But...probably not.
